Objective: To examine the comprehensive applications of concentrated growth factor across different domains of oral implantology. Background: Concentrated growth factor, a third-generation platelet derivative, is widely used in period ontology, implant dentistry, and regenerative therapies due to its low cost, straightforward preparation, and demonstrable efficacy in promoting tissue healing. Methods: A narrative synthesis evaluating the beneficial effects of CGF on dental implant prognosis, patient comfort, and inflammatory responses. Conclusion: Concentrated growth factor demonstrates beneficial effects in clinical practice and provides a theoretical basis for material selection in the field of oral implantology.
